Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise (see Return Procedure). At your request, we will:
- Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways), or
- Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was done by methods other than credit card). Please note: we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Return Procedure
Returns are easy, and for most returns there's no need to contact us.
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of your merchandise. Our return policy is hassle-free: all you need to do is to simply ship the merchandises with the original invoice back to us at:
